That said, the movie contains some foul language, including one strong profanity, and some minor objectionable content. JOHNNY ENGLISH STRIKES AGAIN has a strong moral, patriotic, anti-totalitarian worldview. Most of the comic bits work really well, even the smaller ones. JOHNNY ENGLISH STRIKES AGAIN is an hilarious, merry spy spoof. Discouraged by his failure, Johnny must rely on his persistence and courage to succeed. When Johnny discovers the tech wizard is the culprit, nobody believes him.
So, the female Prime Minister turns to a super-rich tech wizard from America to take over all the country’s computer systems. The hacker has managed to disable other British computer systems. Johnny comes out of retirement when a mysterious computer hacker exposes all the current British spies and Johnny accidentally incapacitates the other retired spies with knockout gas.
